ShipRocked 2010 sets sail from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, November 11-14, 2010, onboard the luxurious MSC Poesia. The cruise features two Bahamas port stops in both Nassau and the private island Coco Cay Bay. CINDERELLA is back and stronger than ever and this November, the quartet will bring their working class, blues-based rock n’ roll to ShipRocked. Known for hits like “Night Songs“, “Shake Me“, “Nobody’s Fool” and the power ballad “Don’t Know What You Got (‘Til It’s Gone)”, singer Tom Keifer, drummer Fred Coury, bassist Eric Brittingham, and guitarist Jeff LaBar are ready to party. “I haven’t cruised since I was ten,” admits Keifer. “I hope I don’t get seasick! We’re all so excited about the cruise – it’s going to be a great time and a great show!”
The supergroup HAIL! will have everyone’s head banging onboard. HAIL! features Dave Ellefson (Megadeth), Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), Andreas Kisser (Sepultura) and Tim “Ripper” Owens (Judas Priest). HAIL! plays a mix of songs from a “who’s who” list of metal. Perhaps the heaviest jam band on earth, the guys in HAIL! give props to their own metal heroes. No matter the song, you’re sure to rock out.
Who else will rock the boat? ShipRocked alumni Broken Teeth, Lynam and the Niki Barr Band for starters. You’ll also party with future superstars The Letter Black and check out the unique stylings of Pianotarium…and MANY MORE bands will be added soon!
