BRANDY ANISTON Wins AVN Award for Best Supporting Actress
January 24, 2014Last Year’s Unsung Starlet Takes Home One of the Night’s Biggest Honors
For the second straight year Brandy Aniston left the AVN Awards a winner. This year she took home the trophy for Best Supporting Actress from the hit Not The Wizard of Oz XXX (X-Play/Pulse).
“I am so thankful to have won this award,” said Aniston. “I appreciate being recognized for all facets of my work, especially one that I have worked so hard on perfecting.”
All through 2012 Brandy Aniston’s goal was to win AVN’s Unsung Starlet award, which she did in January 2013. She then set out to win Best Supporting Actress, and strong roles in big movies like Breaking Bad XXX: A Sweet Mess Films Parody (Sweet Mess/Exquisite) and The Wizard of Oz XXX made that possible.
“I had some great opportunities in awesome movies,” Aniston added. “I love working for Will Ryder and Scott [of X-Play], and the Wicked Witch role was a dream come true.”
Aniston also presented at the AVN Awards, for Best Girl/Girl Scene, her first opportunity presenting. She was the straightwoman as co-presenters Dani Daniels and Xander Corvus, who presented wearing each other’s clothes. Keen-eared friends and fans also would have noticed that she was the voice behind the AVN Awards, the sweet voice doing the announcing throughout the awards show. She was also the voice in the fan vote Nite Sex phone sex gag with Mark Wood and Francesca Lé and the surprise performer working with Hells Belles for their award show performance.
Last year was truly the year Brandy Aniston went from unsung to A-list superstar. She appeared in a mainstream documentary for the band 30 Seconds to Mars, starred in a cable movie, was the January 2013 Danni Girl of the Month (the Danni Girl of the Year will be announced soon), and she is the host of the most popular program on Vivid Radio.
The 2014 XBIZ Awards will be held this weekend and Aniston is again up for Best Supporting Actress for Not the Wizard of Oz XXX. Also, Breaking Bad XXX is up for Parody Release of the Year, and she also starred in Trashy (Rock Star Entertainment/Adam & Eve), which is up for All-Sex Release of the Year.
Brandy Anistonstars in several big releases this month, including Spring Breakers XXX (Smash Pictures), Auntie Mean and Hypno Tits (Venus Girls), and All New Hot Showers 2 (Hustler), which releases this week.
