February 4th ‘FOP Formal’ With Cult Legend KRISTIAN HOFFMAN
January 7, 2011Kristian Hoffman – Collaborator Of Rufus Wainright, Ann Magnuson, Dave Davies Among Others – Prepares A Formal Performance At The Steve Allen Theater In Los Angeles Focused On His Majestic Pop Masterpiece ‘FOP’
In response to the overwhelmingly positive critical reception of his new CD FOP and recent sold out record release party at Hollywood’s M Bar, Kristian Hoffman (www.kristianhoffman.com) and record label Kayo Stereophonic are pleased to announce that The Steve Allen Theater (www.steveallentheater.com) in Los Angeles will host Hoffman and friends on Friday, February 4, 2011 at 8 p.m.
Hoffman will perform most of the 17 cuts from FOP, accompanied by his full band, with the added “formal” accompaniment of a string quartet conducted by Jeff Bruner who created many of the orchestrations, arrangements, and conducted the lavish strings for the FOP CD.
