On October 9, the top stars in adult entertainment gathered at Avalon in Hollywood for The Sex Awards, hosted by jessica drake, presented by HotMovies.com, and produced by X3Sixty Network and AVN Media Network. Fan-selection winners in 17 award categories were announced before an industry-only crowd of hundreds of performers, directors, producers, and media.

Fans will have their opportunity to watch The Sex Awards in January 2014 when the inaugural event is broadcast on national television. The glamorous evening also included a tribute to the legendary Ron Jeremy, who received the show’s first Lifetime Achievement award. Comedian Sam Tripoli, with the help of tourists and street performers on Hollywood Blvd., provided a mini-roast of Jeremy before the star came on stage to accept his award. Jeremy thanked the industry and his parents for instilling a hard work ethic in him regardless of what he chose to do in life.

Over $20,000 was raised by TEAM WICKED for the 29th Annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles on October 13th. Led by Wicked Pictures performer and director jessica drake, and consisting of adult stars, industry members, and fans, TEAM WICKED completed the 10 kilometer fundraising walk through West Hollywood, CA in support of L.A. County AIDS Organizations.
